We are pleased to welcome Dr. Pete Sanchez, Jr. as our Interim Pastor.

He is presently Assistant Professor of Church Music and Worship Leadership at the University of Mobile and Director of Worship Studies for the Integrity Worship Institute. Pete, a native of Houston, Texas, is a graduate of Houston Baptist University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

He has enjoyed more than 30 years of ministry including various pastoral positions serving in four Houston churches and has broad experience in international ministry and teaching. He is also a musician and published songwriter. Pete and his wife, Karen, have been married for 34 years and presently reside in West Mobile, Their family is blessed with a married son Scott, wife Katharine and grandson Caden, as well as a married daughter, Elita Friesen, husband Ryan, grandson Noah and a third grandson, Jackson, due to arrive in early August.
