- Brett serves as the Lead Pastor at Dayspring, which involves serving as the primary teacher and direction giver for the church. A native of the Mobile area, Brett has served churches over the past 15 years in South Florida, Western New York, and of course, Alabama. A graduate of the University of Mobile, Brett also holds degrees from Southwestern Seminary and Southern Seminary. Brett came to Dayspring in September, 2009.
Mike Hall
Pastor of Ministries and Pastoral Care

- Mike serves Dayspring by providing oversight to the day-to-day operations of the church. Mike also takes the lead in overseeing the pastoral care aspects of the church. Mike has served as a full-time pastor for over 20 years. A native of West Alabama, Mike holds degrees from the University of Alabama and the Dallas Theological Seminary. He joined the Dayspring team in February 2010.
Drew Moss
Worship Pastor

- Drew Moss serves as Dayspring’s Worship Pastor, which involves planning and leading worship for the Sunday services, directing the choir and band, as well as overseeing the technical ministries of the church. Drew, a Mobile native, served for two years as a missionary in Vienna, Austria, and has led worship for over 13 years. A graduate of the University of Mobile, he also holds a degree from the University of Montevallo. Drew has served on Dayspring’s staff since June 2005.
Staffon Bunn
Pastor to Students

- Staffon serves as the Student Pastor at Dayspring, which involves oversight of all ministries to students ranging from Middle School to College. Staffon brings a wealth of student ministry experience to Dayspring, previously having served as a student pastor at First Baptist Orlando for 12 years. A native of the Mobile area, Staffon holds degrees from Auburn University and the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Staffon joined the Dayspring staff in June, 2010.
Julie Northcutt
Director of Children’s Ministries

- Julie serves as the Director of Children’s Ministries at Dayspring, which involves overseeing and working with leaders in all aspects of Preschool, Children and Student Ministries. Julie has lived in Mobile most of her life and has served on staff at Dayspring for 9 years. She and her family have been members of Dayspring for 10 years.
Rob Hartmann
Director of Missions

- Rob serves as Director of Missions at Dayspring, which involves cooridinating and mobilizing the church for local and international missions efforts. Rob spearheads local efforts such as food distribution to the needy, ministry to the homeless, and disaster relief efforts. Rob also coordinates mission trips with partners in other parts of the country. Rob is a graduate of the University of Mobile, and has been serving at Dayspring since January, 2004.
Vallie Stanford

- Vallie serves as Group Life Director at Dayspring, which involves giving direction to On-Campus and Off-Campus Small Groups. Group life at Dayspring is where people find community with others, as well as engage in opportunities for service and spiritual development. A graduate of Trinity College of the Bible, Vallie holds a diploma in Biblical Studies with a Concentration in Church Ministry. She serves as a volunteer and board member for “The Light of the Village” Ministry in Prichard, AL. Vallie joined the Dayspring staff in 2001.
